Meh, I just use speed mods.  I don't use any noteskin mods on DDR since I'm used to Vivid, but I play with the Metal noteskin in DDR, which is similar to Note I guess.  :s

Yeah, I've looked at the song difficulties before, but some of it seriously makes me go "???"  I honestly do not believe Dead End GRS is the same difficulty as FAXXO.  >_>;  Seems a tad ludicrous :S

PS2, definitely.  All you really need are Max2, Extreme2, and SuperNOVA.  SN2 just really sucked :(

I play about 50% of the time on doubles now because I got the ITG bundle that had two pads.  They're nice for soft pads.. but I still can't get a full combo because they keep erroring -.-  I need to get 2 ignitions someday.  Or Bluesharks :D

For fun mostly.  These days though, I've been playing for a bit of exercise since doubles is harder than singles :P  I also like a lot of the music in DDR; it's one of the main reasons why I'm into J-pop now -_-

Yeah, I have the 2 RedOctane pads that come with ITG.  As I did with my other pad before I got two, I duct taped them.  I'll try reading that article though; looks interesting.

Well, I finally got another pad and I've started doubles.  Any tips on how to get better?  I can play 6/7's right now.

Maybe the shoes could record how many calories you burn, similar to the Nike/iPod thing (although I'm still against apple and their "social movements")
